My apartment was basic and fairly clean close enough to a restaurant, the various cafes in the street and multiple metro stations nearby. Nice cosy and reasonably large rooms with comfy beds, I enjoyed staying here. The setting was fantastic: )

It was magnificent in a good area. Staff were affable and helpful. Easy check-in was appreciated. Very very good style of the building was accompanied by the bright inner decor.

The Dry Martini Bar offers a cocktail of sensations, while the Arado Restaurant brings a modern flair to traditional recipes. The Meliá Castilla's excellent location makes it perfect for exploring Madrid.
I just loved the stiletto/heels noise from the room above. So relaxing.

Good hotel. Good place. Very clean. A bit noisy on the street side.
The breakfast is in the restaurant which is part of the hotel. It takes very long (10-15 min) to get a breakfast served. Internet is not for free but costs 8 euro per 24 hours.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were cozy. For the price that I paid it was fantastic.
The staff is not very friendly but almost everyone in Europe lacks customer service. Our safe stopped working.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and went above and beyond to understand our needs, despite our nonexistent Spanish. The gentleman in the Caffetteria was a rockstar, always there to assist us with breakfast and any requests. Even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived, the Front Desk Clerk personally fetched us within an hour. The staff were simply amazing throughout our stay. The bar attached to the hotel served delicious food and the rooms were spacious. The location was perfect, the cleanliness impeccable, and the view was jaw-dropping. The reception staff were super professional and a great help. a mind-blowing experience with fantastic amenities including Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, and air conditioning. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment and the lift made it easy to access our room. The hotel also offered cots, wheelchair access, and a locker room. And to top it all off, pets were allowed and there was no smoking on site.

The DRY Martini Bar by Javier de las Muelas: I had the most amazing cocktail experience at this bar, where tradition and innovation mix together like a symphony of flavors. Sipping on their unique creations felt like taking a stroll through a sensory wonderland.
Traffic noise on the 2nd floor.

Very good location, close to metro. Comfortable room and new refurbishings.
The included breakfast served in the next door cafeteria was very small, although tasty. It would have been cheaper to buy it directly and to eat what you feel like.
